General Policy

Thank you for choosing Galaxy Tech Solutions a unit of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited. 

We are committed to delivering the highest quality of services and digital solutions to our clients. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By making a payment or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. MOU Agreement

At Galaxy Tech Solutions a unit of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited, all projects are initiated only after both the client and Galaxy Tech Solutions sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU clearly outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms agreed upon by both parties. Once the MOU is signed and work has commenced, there will be no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review and understand the MOU before signing. The MOU serves as the sole binding document throughout the project lifecycle and supersedes any prior verbal or informal communication.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Galaxy Tech Solutions a unit of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This includes subscription fees, service charges, consulting or development fees, digital marketing packages, hosting or maintenance charges, and custom software or design projects.
  • Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-reversible, regardless of the project status.
  • No refund will be issued regardless of whether the project is delayed or cancelled by the client.
  • This strict no-refund policy is due to the immediate allocation of resources, manpower, tools, and time upon initiation of the project or service.
  • Payments made towards completed milestones or delivered work are entirely non-refundable.
  • In the event of any dispute, the terms outlined in the signed MOU shall be considered final and binding.

3. No Cancellation Policy

  • Once the MOU is signed and work has commenced, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation requests will not entitle the client to any refund, in full or in part.
  • All outstanding payments for work completed up to the date of any cancellation request must be settled by the client.
  • Galaxy Tech Solutions Private Limited a unit of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited, reserves the right to terminate any service in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or violation of our Terms & Conditions, without any refund or compensation.
  • In the event of termination due to client non-compliance, all work completed remains the property of Galaxy Tech Solutions until full payment is received.
  • Galaxy Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination of services due to policy violations.

All legitimate payments and documentation related to our services must be made solely in the name of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited. Official agreements are valid only when bearing the authorized stamp and digital signature of our management; any documents or transactions outside of this process will be considered invalid and non-binding.

We do not collect any fees from candidates for interviews, onboarding, or job placements. Any individual or third party claiming otherwise is engaging in fraudulent activity, for which we bear no responsibility.
