About
Galaxy Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Digital Marketing Sales. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, conduct client demos, and ensure monthly target achievement.
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
- Shift: General Day Shift
- Joining: Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days Notice

Responsibilities
- Drive digital marketing sales through targeted strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.
- Conduct client demos and professional presentations.
- Close deals effectively to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience exclusively in Digital Marketing Sales.
- Proven team handling and target achievement expertise.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under monthly target-based performance.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with max 15 days notice.
