By making a payment or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Galaxy Tech Solutions Private Limited are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • Service charges
  • Consulting or development fees
  • Digital marketing packages
  • Hosting or maintenance charges
  • Custom software or design projects

Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-reversible, regardless of whether:

  • The project is delayed or cancelled by the client, or
  • The client no longer wishes to continue with the service.

This strict no-refund policy is due to the allocation of resources, manpower, and time immediately upon initiation of the project or service.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@galaxytechsolutions.com .
  • Requests for cancellation will not entitle you to any refund, in full or in part.
  • Galaxy Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service in cases of misuse, non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions, or violation of our acceptable use policies, without any refund or compensation.

Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited conducts all operations exclusively through official channels. All legitimate payments and documentation related to our services must be made solely in the name of Geeky Digital Solutions Private Limited. Official agreements are valid only when bearing the authorized stamp and digital signature of our management; any documents or transactions outside of this process will be considered invalid and non-binding.

We do not collect any fees from candidates for interviews, onboarding, or job placements. Any individual or third party claiming otherwise is engaging in fraudulent activity, for which we bear no responsibility.
