Even though externally we are a digital marketing agency, internally we function as a learning and development company. Hosting a total of 109 workshops in the last 11 months alone - a mix of internal and external trainings, learning activities, and topical brainstorms - the traditional ‘corporate job’ is hardly what we do every day. So if you’re somebody who believes that constantly upgrading is the only way up, you’d fit right in. P.S.: We’ve got something to ensure you stay fit too!

#GETALIFE BEYOND WORK DESKS!

We are creatively disciplined, and our days in the office can be intense. But we believe that work should be fun for you, so you look forward to it each day. Understanding that hectic work schedules make it difficult for #Galaxians to keep up with their health, we decided to become a part of your fitness story. Through our #GetALife program, we do fitness bootcamps and dance workshops once a week. We have pitches booked for football, cricket, and basketball on Mondays and Wednesdays. And we take sports seriously to the extent that we have our own cricket premier league - Galaxy Tech Premier League! We realize that a healthy body is just half of it, so we have something to improve for the mind too!

WE BE KIND TO OUR MINDS

We don't believe in the one-size-fits-all philosophy. At Galaxy Tech Solutions, mental and physical wellbeing never take a backseat. They're always front and centre. Every month, we facilitate one-on-one sessions with an external mental health professional to enable deeper conversations about mental wellbeing-related issues. We want Galaxians to have well-rounded lives, and a healthy mind is an essential part of that. Through this, we’re making Galaxy Tech Solutions a healthier workplace by being kind to our minds!

GALAXIANS GIVE BACK

We host company-wide initiatives because we truly believe even a little action done in good faith goes a long way. Galaxians Give Back is an initiative through which all of you can contribute to society, with Galaxy Tech Solutions’ assistance, across health and education needs of the underprivileged. Essentially, any employee can nominate a person in need of financial aid, which will be provided for by Galaxy Tech Solutions. This helps our employees gain a sense of responsibility and provides them with a platform to make a difference to society.
